Ticki Favaroth is a visionary entrepreneur, human capital strategist, and ecosystem builder operating at the intersection of workforce, capital, and global expansion. She is the founder of HRBLOx™, a digital identity infrastructure platform enabling trust, verification, and portability for the global workforce in an AI-driven economy.

With 17+ years of experience, she has led workforce transformation across government, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. She also founded HR&Co., a consulting firm delivering enterprise-level workforce strategy and operational excellence.

Ticki is a founding member and former VP & COO of The BOW Collective, where she helped scale a national ecosystem focused on capital access, contracts, and community for top Black women entrepreneurs.

Through her nonprofit, The Adisa Institute, she expands access to education and economic opportunity for girls ages 8–18, equipping them for identity, leadership, and wealth-building. Her global work continues through Legacy Without Borders™, creating pathways for entrepreneurs and families to expand internationally and build generational wealth.
